Store Policies
1. Shipping Information
We utilize express shipping to ensure the safety of our fish. Timing depends on the day of order, typically departing Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Weather Holds: For the safety of the livestock, we monitor temperatures closely and may hold shipments if conditions are extreme at either origin or destination.
2. Live Arrival Guarantee
Your fish are guaranteed to arrive alive. DOA Photo Window: In the unfortunate event of a DOA, clear photos of the fish in the unopened shipping bag must be emailed to us within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt. Credit vs Refund: Valid DOA claims will be issued as store credit for the value of the fish; shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the sensitive nature of live livestock, returns are not accepted once the shipment has departed. Cancellations: Orders can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipping day. Once an order is packed for shipment, it cannot be modified or refunded.
