1. Introduction
Welcome to CichlidClub. We're glad you're here. By using our website and purchasing our fish, you're agreeing to these simple rules. Please read them so there are no surprises.
2. Online Store Terms
By using our shop, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state. You agree not to use our products for anything illegal or unauthorized. We do our best to show the actual colors and sizes of our fish, but remember each cichlid is unique.
3. Orders & Payments
We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely. Please ensure your contact and shipping information is accurate to avoid any delays with your live shipment.
4. Shipping & Live Arrival
Live Arrival Guarantee Policy
Here at CichlidClub we try to supply the community with the best quality hybrid cichlids that we create. For this reason we do offer a "live arrival" guarantee on all orders of live fish.

This guarantee does not cover the cost of any shipping and handling charges. These are non refundable.

Heat packs and cold packs will be used upon request.

If any shipment arrives delayed you must open a claim with the shipping company.

All shipments of live fish must be received immediately after delivery by courier.

If damage is present on the exterior of the delivered package, immediately report the damage to the courier, failure to report this damage will void this guarantee. Damage = Claim with courier.

Do not discard of any livestock without permission from CichlidClub to do so.

Our policy is void 1 hour after arrival. We require a picture of the fish in a dry plastic bag within 1 hour of delivery for refund or replacement.

Our policy and guarantees are completely void if weather conditions (extreme heat or cold) negatively impact the package in transit, unless the buyer explicitly requested and paid for a heat/cold pack at the time of purchase. If no thermal packs are requested, the shipment is sent entirely at the buyer's risk. We will not ship under 25 degrees and over 90 degrees fahrenheit or on holidays.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of live livestock, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the shipment has departed. For non-living products, please contact us within 14 days if there is an issue. Refunds or store credit are at the sole discretion of CichlidClub.
6. Health, Care & Risk
While we send healthy fish, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the care and safety of the fish once delivered. We are not liable for any losses occurring after the fish has been introduced to your aquarium environment.
7. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site for unlawful purposes, to spam others, or to interfere with the security of the store. Any violation of these terms will result in an immediate termination of your service.
8. Accounts & Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images and text, is the property of CichlidClub. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission from us.
10. Limitation of Liability
CichlidClub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the items products by you.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll always post the updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the shop means you accept any changes.
